The Triple E Framework
The 4T conference is unique from other virtual conferences because as a lead presenter, I went through 15 hours of professional development training on how to instructionally design an interactive and engaging virtual classroom. I also learned how to lead professional development through self-designed webinars. Likewise, we use the "Triple E," as designed by University of Michigan's Liz Kolb, to frame learning concepts and measure the of quality of technology integration. This framework builds on providing educators with resources to integrate technology with the purpose to: extend, enhance and engage learning experiences.
Virtual Classroom Training
