Grant Writing and Fundraising Strategy

I write compelling grants and help organizations build the funding infrastructure to sustain their mission. I have deep experience with state and federal funding streams including, Washington State DCYF, and I advise organizations on the groundwork required for major capital campaigns

Professional Development and Facilitation

I design and lead PD that respects educators as professionals. That means relevant, practical and build around real classroom needs — not compliance checkboxes. I work with teams to build lasting capacity, no one-day workshops that fade by Friday.

Curriculum and Instructional Design

From scope and sequence to student facing materials, I design learning experiences grounded in inquiry, equity and research about how people learn best. Past projects include K-12 social studies curriculum and digital course development for national ed-tech partners
